Stayed for the masters at the belfry. Hotel was in a great position for our weekend stay. Saturday we jumped on a train into the centre for food and drinks. Uber back was £20. Sunday we walked to the train station to get the courtesy bus into the Belfry. This was return so walked the 10 mins to resorts world for food on our return not realising there was a restaurant in hotel. The staff were lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Great location and very reasonably priced

The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed, and was quiet. The shower had a good non-sllip tile floor, and was large with no tricky door, and the water was hot at all times of day. There were tea and coffee facilities. There were lots of good-quaslity cooked and continental breakfast options. The restaurant, where we ate twice in the evening during our stay, had good options and the food was of a good quality and hot, and very reasonably priced (much cheaper than eating at the NEC!). Drinks aat the bar were almost half the price of those at the nearby Hilton. Staff were responsive and efficient. The hotel is very competitively priced and has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We stayed for 3 nights and.were very happy.

The staff were very helpful, polite & welcoming. From hotel entrance,lobby, hallways and bedroom everywhere was highly cleaned. Comfortable bed. Despite been a twin room the hotel was willing to put in a double bed. The request was made through booking.com as I had no contact number. However I received a reply within a couple of hours confirming the request.

The buffet style breakfast was excellent. Two automatic coffee machines and constant hot water for tea means everyone got their preferred drink quickly. Very good selection of cereals, fruits and pastries as well as bacon, sausage etc. also meant there was something for everyone. The room was clean and shower was excellent. An easy 10 minute walk to the NEC or airport.

The location is excellent for Birmingham Airport and the NEC. There are clear directions from Birmingham International Rail Station with the walk taking around 10-minutes. However, do be aware that the route is via the industrial rear of the NEC, but it is well lit. To find, head towards the NEC, but watch out for signs (left to the lift/right to the stairs) to the Ibis Styles Hotel located just prior to entering NEC. My room was well equiped with kettle etc, ironing board, work table and a sofa.

The bed was really comfy and the room was really clean. Bedding was great quality and spotless. Bathroom was also spotless and the toilet roll was noticeably good quality too. Two sets of towels also and an iron and board as standard. Staff were lovely and made an effort to try to do their best for you.

The room was a nice size and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and linen and towels were lovely. It was easy to get the room at the right temperature, as the air conditioning controls were straight-forward. Breakfast was generally good with a nice selection of food.
